10-bp terminal inverted repeats. TTAA (or TTTAAA) target site duplications. Copies are ~10% divergent from the consensus sequence. About 2000 copies in the genome. Pos 1-237 are 90% and 904-1011 (end) are 75% identical to the termini of the autonomous Kolobok-T2 element.
