HATN5A_DR is a composite transposon, carrying a TDR8 copy (positions 278-1221). 800 copies in the zebrafish genome that are ~5% divergent from the consensus sequence. It has 17-bp terminal inverted repeats and creates 8-bp target site duplications. The final 35+ bp are similar to the termini of the Ac elements hAT-N17_ZM and hAT-N41_DR.
