14-bp terminal inverted repeats. TTAA or TTTAAA target site duplications. Copies are ~6% divergent from the consensus sequence. About 2700 copies in the genome. It should probably be renamed to Kolobok_N2B_DR as this sequence is closely similar (including termini) to Kolobok-N2_DR and Kolobok-N2A_DR, the latter containing remnants of Kolobok coding sequences.
