Flanked by sometimes identical Gypsy6-LTR_DRs. The internal portion encodes a 354-aa gag protein (pos. 160-1221) and a 1418-aa polyprotein (pos. 1092-5345), composed of protease, reverse transcriptase and integrase domains. This sequence is Very close to Tngr1 described by Russell Poulter.
