SINE retroelement from zebrafish

Description

Similar to Mustelus manazo (shark) SINE elements: HE1_SINE and HE1_MM [2]. HE1 SINEs are similar to MER6 DNA transposons from the human genome, from which the name Mermaid stems.[1]
