Flanked by Gypsy-166-LTR_DR LTRs. 4-bp target site duplications. The internal portion encodes two proteins: a 311-aa gag protein (pos. 18-950) and an 1132-aa polyprotein (pos. 878-4273, conceptual translation) composed of protease, reverse transcriptase, and integrase domains.
