LOR1-int is an internal sequence of a retrovirus-like elements with LOR1 LTRs. This retrovirus is a member of the non-autonomous MER4-group of elements. LOR1-int PBS is related to Glu-tRNA. Several subfamilies exist with large deletions and insertions with respect to the current consensus.
